charming stay, GREAT location
central location dining options helpful staff comfy bed
This location is SUPER central, very close to transport. I found numerous dining options right outside the front door. The staff were AMAZING and very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean!!!

The room included a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The Comfy King room featured a king-sized bed and a small seating area. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided ample towels.

noise level cramped room
I was honestly so disappointed. the noise level was a real issue. you could hear everything outside, and it made it difficult to sleep. the room felt smaller than expected too. we had a "comfy" room, but it felt quite cramped. also, storage was almost nonexistent. Just a few hooks on the wall. it really impacted the stay. the bathroom was also small. It was hard to even stand in front of the sink!

great location helpful staff easy chinese restaurant old elevator broken elevator creaky stairs
the location rocks! it was super close to transport and i could easily walk to the city. the staff were always so helpful, like, always there for whatever i needed. having that chinese restaurant right there was awesome. so easy when i just wanted a quick bite!
the elevator was ancient and it broke down twice ! i wasn't told about the lift situation before arriving. the stairs are so creaky. i wish they did some upgrades!

The staff was friendly. The hotel location is fairly central, and the bed was comfy.
The elevator was NOT working. This made accessing my room REALLY inconvenient. The room size was smaller than expected (I was disappointed). The in-room Wi-Fi barely worked.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, a nice surprise. the hotel location made it easy to get around, especially with the central station nearby. i liked the proximity to various restaurants and bars as well.

helpful staff clean room convenient restaurant
the staff helped me with my bags upon arrival. the rooms were very clean. the on-site restaurant seemed decent, though i didn't eat there.
The bed cover had a stain. I asked for it to be changed.

there is a breakfast cafe located on the corner. the hotel has a restaurant too. at the hotel restaurant guests get 10% off at the coffee shop and a chinese restaurant. it is very convenient.
